What do you love, an Angel food cake or a bundt cake? Although, there is no much difference in the cakes that are baked, there are certain differences in the cake pans and the process followed. We will take a look at the differences which separate the cake pans.
Bundt Cake Pans
* Are usually made up of cast aluminum or silicon.
* Are best when non-stick for the easy removal of the cake.
* The bundt cake pans are available in a number of designs.
Angel Food Pans
* Are usually made of light aluminum and are also known as tube pans due to the hollow tube in the centre of the pan.
* If non-stick pans are used for angel cakes, it will collapse when baked because the batter needs a non-slippery surface to cling to when they bake.
* Usually found in circular shapes and no much design are available to choose from.
