Angel food cake pan, a tube pan is used to make an angel food cake. Its side are tall and has a tube up the center that leaves a hole in the middle of the cake. It is similar to Bundt cake pan, except its fluted sides. The center tube lets the cake batter to rise higher by 'clinging' to all sides of the pan. These pans do not need to be greased in order to enhance the cake. |
