| It is quiet tricky to keep crumbs out of the icing while preparing perfectly smooth iced cake. Just by gliding your spatula you can keep crumbs out of your icing. Don't allow the spatula to touch the cake surface or to pull already spread icing.
You can also crumb a coat layers by lightly icing the cake first, allowing a crust to form, then adding a top icing cover. |
