Kaiser manufactures Extraordinaire jelly roll pans by sandwiching a pocket of air between two layers of commercial-weight steel. Kaiser applies two layers of nonstick coating to the interior and exterior of Extraordinaire jelly roll pans, so foods remove easily for beautiful presentation and easy cleanup. 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior for perfect release and easy cleanup. Commercial-weight steel provides even and gentle heat distribution. The midnight black exterior absorbs heat and provides better browning and shorter cooking times. Patented "X" design guarantees the jelly roll pan will never warp. All Kaiser Bakeware pans are safe up to 450 degrees F in the oven. Apply a thin layer of butter to Extraordinaire pans before each use to facilitate the release of baked goods. There is no need to dust the pan with flour. Do not use metal utensils or cut in the pans, as it will damage the nonstick coating. Wash with hot, soapy water and a soft dishcloth. Extraordinaire is dishwasher-safe. The nonstick coating makes cleanup so easy that hand-washing is recommended. However, do not submerge in water to avoid water being trapped inside the jelly roll pans layers.
