BeaterBlade is a replacement for older KitchenAid 5-quart bowl-lift stand mixers. It continuously beats, scrapes, folds, and mixes ingredients without needing to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. The beaters "wing-system" design acts like a wiper blade that continuously scrapes the sides and bottom of the bowl while mixing, cuts mixing time by as much as 50%. It is perfect for cakes, frostings, quick breads, mashed potatoes, meatloaf, and pie fillings. These are dishwasher safe and virtually eliminates hand-scraping and batter build-up. It fits to all KitchenAid 5-quart bowl lift mixers regardless of KitchenAid model number. This is not for use with bread dough, thick cookie dough, or frozen foods.
