Kaiser Bakewares Tinplate Jelly Roll Pan is made the "Kaiser Way," and features the high-quality tinned steel preferred by traditional bakers for its performance. The combination of the steel gauge and the silver color allow the pan to absorb the proper amount of heat to produce a perfectly brown crumb and a moist, tender inside. All Kaiser Bakeware pans are safe up to 450 degrees F in the oven. Hand wash Tinplate bakeware with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly. Prepare the pan for baking by brushing with butter or oil and dusting with a light coating of flour.
