Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
18.25 ounce yellow (vanilla) cake mix
4 large eggs
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup water
1 ounce each of toll house, choco bake, unsweetened chocolate flavor
Powdered sugar
Directions:1.
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt or tube pan.
2. Add the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and water in large mixer bowl. Beat on a low speed till, it is moistened. Then, beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Keep 1 ½ cups batter in a medium bowl, mix in choco Bake. Alternately add the batters into prepared pan, beginning and ending with yellow batter.
4. Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes, then invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
